Arlene M. Parr

Arlene Marie Parr passed away peacefully on November 5, 2026 in Dayton. She was born on April 22, 1952 in Celina, Ohio.

Arlene was an accountant and business manager for many years. She was known as an easygoing, loving, kind, and intelligent woman. Those who knew her remember her as a very sweet person with a nice temperament, someone whose gentle way left a lasting impression.

She enjoyed the simple pleasures of life and especially treasured spending time with her husband. She also enjoyed doing needlework, reading, and crafting. These interests reflected her thoughtful nature and the care she brought to the people and things she loved.

Arlene is survived by her loving husband, Ray; her sister, Pam (Dave) Lange and her brothers, Todd Schmitz and Dan (Marilyn) Schmitz; along with many other family and friends. She was preceded in death by her parents, Bernard and Irma Schmitz.

Arlene will be remembered with love for her warmth, her steady kindness, and the calm presence she brought to others. Her memory will remain close to the hearts of all who knew and loved her.
