April Breno

April K. Breno, age 71 of Dayton, passed away on Sunday, August 30, 2026 at her home. She was born on March 23, 1955 in Paintsville, Kentucky.

She is preceded in death by her father, Aaron Moore; mother, Lillian Hudson; brothers, George Michael and Herbert Franklin.

April is survived by her children, Mark (Jessica) Breno and Christine Mowery; grandchildren, Alex, Eli, Joshua, Lane, and Logan; sister, Sharon (Bruce) Hurst; and half-sister, Becky Esteep. She is also survived by numerous family and friends.

She completed her Associates Degree from Sinclair Community College. April enjoyed online gaming, cooking, crafts, sewing and macramé. The most important thing to April was her family and spending quality time with them. She is well loved and will be deeply missed.

The family hopes those who would like to honor her will find a quiet time to remember who she was in your life and be thankful for the time you had together. Celebration of April's life will be held at a later date.
