Anthony "Tony" Stone

Anthony Wayne Stone, "Tony," age 66 of Dayton, passed away Sunday, September 23, 2018 at Dayton V.A. Medical Center. He was born June 25, 1952 in Middletown, Ohio, the son of the late Phillip Stone and Doris Collinsworth.
Along with his parents, he is preceded in death by his half-brother, Jeffrey Collinsworth.
Tony is survived by his brother, Dan Stone; half-brother, Roger Stone; nephews, Jonathan (Karen) Stone, Matthew Stone; 2 great nephews, Zackery and Dominic; as well as numerous other relatives and friends.
Tony retired from the United States Army.
Visitation will be held on Thursday, September 27, 2018 from 9 am to 10 am at Newcomer North Chapel (4104 Needmore Rd., Dayton, Ohio 45424). Funeral service will begin at 10 am. Burial will follow in Dayton National Cemetery with military honors.
