Anthony Sprouse

Sprouse, Anthony William "Tony", age 21, of Kettering, passed away unexpectedly on Friday, June 3, 2011. Tony was a 2008 graduate of Fairmont High School, and was attending Sinclair Community College in the Radiology Tech program. Tony was preceded in death by his great grandfather: Michael Kumanchik; grandmother: Nellie Sprouse; and niece: Sophia Nelson. He leaves behind to cherish his memory his parents: Linda & Rod Sprouse; sisters: Becki (Andy) Nelson and Jackie Barthelemy; brothers: Matt Barthelemy and Jesse Sprouse; grandparents: Mary & Bill Kumanchik; nieces and nephews: Madelyn & Paul Nelson and Trenten Rodriquez; his family dogs: Shamaiah and Izzy; and many special aunts, uncles, family members and friends. A gathering of family and friends will be held from 5:00 – 8:00 P.M. on Wednesday, June 8, 2011 at Newcomer Funeral Home (South Chapel) 3940 Kettering Blvd., Kettering. In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to Tony's family.
