Annette Barnett

Annette Barnett, a devout child of God, age 85, of Dayton, Ohio, was reunited with her beloved son, Jimmy, and her husband Jim, on March 2, 2024. In addition to her son and husband, she was also reunited with her mother, Marie Herbst and her dad, Emmit Herbst; and her father, J.T. Pridemore.

She will be missed by her children: Judy, Janice (Matt), Jack (Laura), and Sam; daughter-in-law, Lori; grandchildren: Thomas (Tammy), Ashley, Jack, Maggie (Mark), Kody; grandson & wife caretakers: Tristen (Autum) Barnett; great-grandchildren: Kristen "baby girl" and Brooklynn "little girl" and many more great-grandchildren, numerous family and friends.

Ann was a waitress that loved her work family and profession. She worked for many years at the Barnsider, but she retired from the Old Hickory on N. Main Street. Ann loved to read her Bible every day, and she enjoyed her trips to Florida and Tennessee with her grandkids. She loved her whole family and would do anything for all the people she loved and cared about. She will be deeply missed by all that came in contact with her.

A visitation will be held from 12:00pm to 1:00pm on Monday, March 11, 2024 at Newcomer North Chapel, 4104 Needmore Road, in Dayton, where the funeral service will begin at 1:00pm.
