Anna Louise Strickland

Anna Louise Strickland, age 90, was born July 28, 1928 in Springfield, OH the daughter of Elder A.M. and Leilah Bacon. She was the youngest child of 10 children. She went to be with the Lord on March 13, 2019 surronded by her loving family. She retired from Springfield City Schools. She was a member of mt. Calvary Church of God FBH 723 Innisfallen Ave.

She was preceded in death by her parents and her husband, William Strickland; 6 sisters, Reecie Nutter, Mae Bacon, Claudeem Bacon, Arizona Bacon, Lola Dison and Dorothy Bacon; 3 brothers, Jarome Jarrett Bacon, Freels J. Bacon and Martin J. Bacon; son, Preston W. Strickland and daughter, Pamela Sharon Strickland.

She leaves to cherish her memory son, Darrell (Christine) Strickland; grandchildren, Jawin T. D. Antone and Adrain L. Strickland; 7 great grandchildren and on great-great grandchild; special daughter, Perlita Moore Calvin and a host of nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.

Funeral Service will be held on March 21, 2019 at 1:00 pm at Full Gospel God of Christ 546 Fair Ave. Springfield, OH. Visitation will be March 21, 2019 from 12:00 noon until time of service. Interment Ferncliff Cemetery.
