Anna L. Tipton

TIPTON, Anna Lee (Watson), age 76, of Tipp City, passed away Friday, May 6, 2011. Anna was born May 26, 1934 in Estill County, Kentucky, to the late Herman and Lanie Watson. She was preceded in death by her infant son, James Tipton; brother, Otis Watson; sister, Orpha Schaefer. Anna is survived by her husband of almost 60 years, Jessie Tipton; sons, Dwight (Karen), Mark (Debbie) and Eric (Johnette); daughter, Tammy (Mike) Kihn; brothers, Glen, Audra and Dennis Watson; sisters, Beatrice Sparks and Jewell Daley; 21 grandchildren and 18 great-grandchildren; numerous nieces, nephews and cousins. Visitation will be held Monday, May 9, 2011 from 5-8 pm at Christian Chapel Fellowship Hall (95 E. Ginghamsburg Rd.). Funeral services will be held Tuesday, May 10, 2011 at 12:00 pm at the Christian Chapel Church. Burial will follow in Forest Hills Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to VITAS Hospice.
