Anita dedicated much of her life to caring for others. She worked as a registered nurse at Grandview and Southview Hospitals before retiring from her own home health care agency. Her passion for helping people extended beyond her profession; she also found joy working at TJ Maxx, where her kindness and dedication earned her the title of Employee of the Month.

Anita's education journey took her through Fairmont East High School and Lima Technical College, where she laid the foundation for her successful nursing career. Throughout her life, she remained a nurturing force, characterized by her caring spirit, silly humor, and fun-loving nature. Known for her ability to make friends with everyone she encountered, she was truly someone who did not know a stranger.

In addition to her professional achievements, Anita was passionate about many hobbies and interests including crocheting. She loved spending time outdoors, whether it was gardening, camping, fishing, or taking nature walks with her grandchildren. A true sports enthusiast, she was a devoted fan of the Cleveland Browns and The Ohio State Buckeyes.

Family was of utmost importance to Anita. She is survived by her loving children, Jason (Dana) Good, Angela Good, Tiffany Spencer, and Sean (Kelly) Turner. She cherished her role as a grandmother to her grandchildren Jaxon, Jillian, Ammar, Josie, Kaelan, Makenzie, Kenadie, and Lexie. Anita also shared a special bond with her siblings, including Robert (Pat) Shadowens, Bill (Faye) Shadowens, Carolyn Carroll, Leah Shadowens, and Joe (Nellie) Shadowens.

Anita's legacy goes beyond her family and friends; she was devoted to her faith and was a longtime member of Destiny Church, where her love for Jesus touched many lives.

She was preceded in death by her parents, Robert (Frances) Shadowens, and her siblings Keith (Jonell) Shadowens and Janet Gordon (David Casey).

Anita Gayle Clark will be lovingly remembered for her unwavering love, her generous spirit, and her ability to light up any room with her laughter. Her memory will forever hold a cherished place in the hearts of those who were fortunate to know her.
