Choate, Andrew Scott Jr. "AJ" age 31, of Fairborn, Ohio passed away on Friday, October 9, 2020. He was born in Kettering, Ohio on April 19, 1989 to Andrew Scot Sr. and Linda Kay Choate (nee Farley).
He was preceded in death by his grandpa, Billy Richard Farley; great-grandma, Alice V. Choate; Aunt, Rita K. Goodwin; and grandma, Sharon Lee Gilbert.
AJ is survived by his beloved mother, Linda Kay Choate; uncles, Billy Farley, Mitchell (Debra) Farley, Terry (Thelma) Farley and Terry Goodwin; aunt, Cathy (John) Farley-Moles; grandma, Helen Farley; fiancée, Jennifer Okan; sister, Virginia Alica Winters; father, Andrew Scot (Connie) Choate, Sr.; grandpa, Jimmy (Carolyn) Choate; aunt, Alica Irwin; cousins, Harry and Terry Farley; and a host of other family members and friends.
AJ was passionate about computers and loved researching to keep himself educated. He enjoyed playing video games and spending time with family.
Visitation will be held on Friday, October 16, 2020 from 11:00 am - 12:00 pm at Newcomer Beavercreek Chapel, 3380 Dayton-Xenia Rd., Beavercreek, Ohio 45432 followed by a Celebration of Life at 12:00 pm.
