Amy Sue Taylor, affectionately known as Amy Sue, passed away peacefully on May 30, 2026, in Kettering, Ohio. Born on July 23, 1966, in Dayton, she graced those around her with warmth and kindness throughout her life.
Amy Sue had a passionate love for her family, which was at the center of her world. She shared a loving marriage of 25 years with her devoted husband, Bo Taylor. Together, they nurtured their son, Spencer Jackson (Jamie Varnadoe). Amy Sue was also a cherished sister to Sharon and Richard DeVaney, as well as Beverly and David Thompsen. Her family extended to dear nephews Richard Gray and Joshua DeVaney, alongside his wife Tina, and their children, all of whom brought joy to her life.
Her parents, Raymond and Doris Dilworth, preceded her in death, leaving behind a legacy that Amy Sue honored through her gentle spirit and dedication to her loved ones.
A woman of intellect and creativity, Amy Sue found great happiness in reading and engaging in puzzles, activities that reflected her sharp mind and patient nature. She also delighted in crafting, channeling her artistic talents into creating beautiful and thoughtful pieces.
Amy Sue’s life was a reflection of love, dedication, and quiet strength. She will be remembered fondly by those who knew her and deeply missed by her family, who were her greatest treasure. Her memory will continue to inspire warmth and love in the hearts of all who had the privilege to know her.
