Almeda Williams, age 88, of Vandalia, passed away Monday, April 5, 2010. She was preceded in death by her parents, Ralph and Minnie Kendig; and brothers, Albert and Dawson Kendig. Almeda is survived by her husband of 67 years, Kenneth L. Williams; children, Doug (Debby) Williams, Richard (Sarah) Williams, Donna Nettles; 6 grandchildren; 13 great-grandchildren; sister, Alma Coy; brothers, Martin and Walter Kendig; sisters-in-law, Rose, Patience, Carol and Miriam Kendig; and numerous nieces; nephews; and friends.
