Albert J. "Skip" Seidenschmidt Jr., age 75, of Huber Heights, passed away on November 12, 2025. He was born on July 23, 1950 in Dayton, Ohio, son of the late Glenna and Albert J. Seidenschmidt Sr. Along with his parents, Skip was preceded in death by the love of his life, his wife Patricia Seidenschmidt, and his daughter, Carolyn Crum.

Skip is survived by his son, Joe (Theresa) Seidenschmidt; grandchildren: Thomas, Vanessa, Drew, A.J. (IV), and Andy; and many nieces and nephews, family and friends.

Skip graduated from Fairborn High School, class of 1970, and attended Amarillo State College of auto mechanics and SInclair Community College, where he earned his Associate Degrees in auto mechanics and business. Prior to completing his college education, Skip served as a communication specialist in the United States Air Force. He enjoyed woodworking and making furniture, and he always loved to watch Star Trek.

A visitation will be held from 5:00pm to 7:00pm on Tuesday, November 18, 2025 at Newcomer North Chapel, 4104 Needmore Road, in Dayton, Ohio. Skip will be laid to rest with Patricia at a graveside service on Wednesday, November 19, 2025 at 10:00am, at Royal Oak Memorial Gardens, 7217 National Road, in Brookville, Ohio.

In lieu of flowers, donations in Skip's memory may be made to the Noble Circle Project or to the Air Force Museum Foundation.
