Kettering
In loving memory of Alan Franklin Dicks, age 94, of Dayton, Ohio, who went to be with the Lord on February 2, 2025. Alan leaves behind his children, Mary, David, Eugenia and Beverly. He also leaves behind 10 grandchildren, 9 great-grandchildren and a host of other family and friends who will miss him dearly.
Alan was a proud member of both The United States Air Force and Air National Guard for many years.He was an active member of Greenmont Oak Park Church in Kettering, Ohio. Special thanks to Ohio's Hospice of Dayton for their care and service.
Visitation will be held from 10:00am-11:00am, on Saturday, February 8, 2025, at Newcomer Funeral Home, 3380 Dayton-Xenia Rd., Beavercreek, where Funeral Services will begin at 11:00am. Burial will follow at Woodland Cemetery, Dayton.
In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to the Greenmont Oak Park Church Food Pantry, 1921 Woodman Dr., Kettering, Ohio, 44520.
