Linda Faye Fleming, age 85 of Xenia, passed away Tuesday, August 15, 2023 at Hospice of Dayton. She was born February 23, 1938 in Dayton, Ohio, the daughter of the late Harold and Flossie Hanes.

Linda graduated from Beavercreek high School in the class of 1957 and enjoyed going to the class reunions. She also enjoyed singing and playing the piano; one of her passion's was music. She was a strong believer in Christ her risen Saviour and longed to be with Him. Also, she like traveling.

In addition to her parents, she is preceded in death by her sisters, Evelyn (Lawrence) Barr & Betty (Bill) Thurmond and her first husband, Gary Uhrig.

Linda is survived by her husband, Don Fleming; children, Kimberly Wells, Bradley Uhrig & Doug Uhrig; grandchildren, Jessica Rose, Alex Carroll, Ryley Uhrig, Heather Boggs, Shelby Eagle and several great grandchildren and Don's daughter, Alisa Brownel.

Visitation will be Thursday, August 24, 2023 from 10:00 am to 11:00 am with a service at 11:00 am at Newcomer Funeral Home (3380 Dayton-Xenia Rd., Beavercreek, Ohio 45432). Linda will be laid to rest at Valley View Memorial Gardens following the service.
