Willis Ann Greer was the matriarch of the Greer family. She was a wonderful mother who never had a cross time in her life with anyone or anything. Willis was a caring, loving and open to loving everyone she interfaced with. She was a God fearing and faithful follower of Jesus Christ. Willis had impeccable manners, her character was that of many who desired to emulate her. She never complained about anything. During her working years, she was dependable and reliable to her employers.
Willis enjoyed and lavished in the upbringing of at least two generations of the Greer heritage. She held many babies in her lap and loved them as her own. Willis also loved her church and her church family, just as they loved her. Although she was not a charter member of Harris Memorial CME Church, she was related to the five women from Mount Sterling, Kentucky who started the initial house of God structure, that ultimately became Harris Memorial CME Church.
Family would like to give a special thank you to the helpful and caring staff at Day City Hospice and her aides Robyn Newton and Erika Joseph.
