Daniel C. Stone, "Dan", age 67, of Miamisburg, passed away Sunday, March 12, 2023. He was born October 20, 1955 in Dayton, Ohio to the late Clay and Gloria (Speelman) Stone. Dan grew up in the West Carrollton area and was a graduate of West Carrollton High School, Class of 1973.

In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his niece Sherry Humphrey.
Dan is survived by his wife of 30 years, Sherry (Hoover) Stone; his daughter Melissa (Tony) Andrews; step-daughter Della Phillips; two sisters Marlene Wise and Darlene (Jim) Lance, along with his nieces Angela Lance and Julie Lance and nephew James Humphrey.

Dan enjoyed fishing, especially with his daughter Melissa in earlier years. He was an avid gardener who was known for his green thumb, his lush lawn, his tomatoes and cucumbers. Dan also loved to play pool with his family each weekend, and also cooking for them.

Dan was a great dad and husband, he had a quick sense of humor and a personality that could fill a room. He was deeply loved by his family and will be cherished by them always.
