She was wed to Leroy Green in 1949, and from this union, three children were born, David Leroy, Walter Steven, and Gail K. In 1962, she was married to Oscar K. Beason and two children were born to this union, Kellery G. and Keith O Beason. Her parents, spouses, one son - David, one grandson - Nicholas, and eleven siblings all preceded her in death.
On October 10, 1954, Sis. Beason was baptized in Jesus Name and received the Precious Gift of the Holy Ghost in Flint, Michigan. Shortly after, she relocated to Dayton, Ohio and affiliated with Bethesda Temple. She was Past President of the Bethesda Temple Usher Board, sang in the Radio Choir and was President of the Apostolic Seniors. She was a homemaker and enjoyed taking care of her family. Survivors are four children, one daughter Gail K. Cook, three sons- Walter Steven Green, Min. Kellery (Karen) Beason, and Keith (Leah) Beason, fourteen grandchildren, fifteen great-grandchildren, two sisters-in-law, many nieces and nephews, Special Friend - Ona Goff, many other friends, and her church family.
