Sarah N. Belcher, age 80, of Dayton, Ohio, passed away on January 19, 2023. She was born on July 6, 1942 in Jenkins, Kentucky to the late Edward and Maggie Anderson.

She was preceded in death by her parents; loving husband, Carlos H. Belcher Sr.; son, Carlos H. Belcher Jr.; daughter, Charlotte Belcher; siblings, Mary Parks, James Anderson, Opal Adkins, Sue Shepherd and Betty Parsons; and dearest friend Barb Messenger.

Sarah is survived by her daughter, Barbara Hamrick and fiancé Chris Bailey; son, Robert (Melody) Belcher; daughter-n-law, Peggy Belcher; and many loving grandchildren, great grandchildren, nieces, nephews and friends.

The family would like to thank her many friends and caregivers at Grafton Oaks Rehabilitation and Nursing Center.

A visitation will be held on Thursday, January 26, 2023 from 1:00pm to 2:00pm at the Newcomer North Chapel, 4104 Needmore Road, Dayton. Funeral services will immediately follow at 2:00pm. Sarah will be laid to rest at Woodland Cemetery.
