William George Vadnais, 73, passed away peacefully on November 20, 2022. Loving father of Heather (Gregg) Sutton, Dawn (Carl) Fite and Holly Vadnais, cherished grandfather of Jeannette (Matt), Maureen, HannahClaire, Trystan, Liam, Ethan, Rhonwen, Daireleigh, Connor, Saoirse, Ryan, Jackson, Logan, Vincent and Xavier, adored great grandfather of Aiden, Aurelia and Amias, dear brother of Gene (Teresa) Vadnais and Nancy (Brad) Greek.

Bill was preceded in death by his parents Robert and Jeanette Vadnais and siblings Bobbie, John, Mary and Joe.

When Bill was 14 years old he was very proud to get his Eagle Scout award. Bill enjoyed spending time with his grandchildren. Taking them to the range was one of their favorite past times together. He loved to spoil his grandchildren and his dogs, he was known to them, yes even the dogs, as Candy Papa. When not with his family you could find him spending his time watching his favorite TV shows, Star Trek always being his go to.

Public visitation will be held at Newcomer Funeral Homes (3380 Dayton Xenia Rd.) on Saturday December 10, 2022 at 2:00 pm with memorial service to follow at 3:00 pm.
