Bruce Michael Robinson, 65, of Miamisburg, passed away on Monday, September 26, 2022 at Hospice of Dayton. He was born on June 21, 1957 in Dayton, OH to Hershell and Effie (nee: Maxie) Robinson.

He is preceded in death by his parents and his brother, Hershell Robinson Jr.

Bruce is survived by his loving wife, Vandalyn (nee: Atha) Robinson; bonus daughter, Faith; his grandson, Jace; his siblings, David (Susie) Robinson, Glenn (Victoria) Robinson and Norma Lee (Steve) Minton. Bruce is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews and friends.

Bruce worked as a corrections officer at Lebanon Correctional for most of his life. He enjoyed being on the SWAT team. The most important thing to Bruce was his faith, his love for his country and cheering on the UK Wildcats and the Cincinnati Reds. Bruce is well loved and will be deeply missed.

The family will receive friends on Saturday, October 15, 2022 from 10:00 A.M. to 11:00 A.M. with services immediately following, all at Union Pentecostal Church, 1101 North Union Rd. Dayton, OH 45417.

In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Alzheimer’s Association in memory of Bruce.
