Penny L. Hardin, age 74 of Dayton, Ohio passed away June 16, 2022. She was born September 23, 1947 in Dayton, Ohio daughter of the late Roger and Welma Osborn.
Penny was a loving mother, grandmother, great grandmother, sister, aunt, and friend. Penny liked to go antique shopping, visit butterfly conservatories, drink her coffee, read, crossword puzzles, and gardening. She loved her family and is going to be greatly missed by all who knew her.
In addition to her parents, Penny was preceded in death by her sister, Patty Green.
Penny is survived by her children, Joe (Diane) Abbott, Jennifer (Dean) Kimbrough, and Amy McMahan; grandchildren, Jessica, Samantha, Joshua, Justin, James, Kirsten, Timothy, Jayra; great grandchildren, Jaylnn, Jermery, Joslynn, and Jameson; sisters, Susan (Danny) Mackey and Peggy (John) Gibson; brother, John (Linda) Osborn; as well as numerous other family members and friends.
A visitation will be held on Monday, June 27, 2022 from 1-3 pm at Newcomer Funeral Home (3380 Dayton-Xenia Road, Beavercreek, Ohio 45432).
