Steven A. Black, "Steve," age 69 of Kettering, passed away Monday, May 23, 2022. He was born September 6, 1952 in Dayton, Ohio, the son of the late William and Ida Black.
Along with his parents, he is preceded in death by his grandson, Trevin King; and siblings, William "Billy," Joyce, Marilyn, Judy, Cheryl, and Patricia.
Steve is survived by his wife, Michele; children, Steven W. Black, Heather (Tim) King, Christopher Boggs, Ryan Black (Angi Smith), Dustin Black, Devin Black; grandchildren, Brandon, Caelan, Ciara, Alexi, Celyssa, Cyrus, McKenzie, and Madisyn; siblings, Sandy Bean (Dennis Combs) and Scott Black; as well as numerous nieces, nephews, and many friends.
Steve was an avid sports fan, specifically the Cincinnati Bengals, the Cincinnati Reds, and the Dayton Flyers. Most importantly, he loved his family, especially his grandchildren.
A Celebration of Life will be held at a later date.
