Thomas W. Oakley, age 63, of Dayton, passed away Thursday, January 13, 2022.

He was born April 15, 1958 in Dayton, Ohio to the late Samuel and Wilma E. (Miller) Oakley.

In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his siblings, Jeanne (Eugene) Lawson, Samuel "Butch" (Evelyn) Oakley, Milton (Joyce) Oakley; and brothers-in-law, Jesse Bush, Bill McMahan, and Jim Dulaney.

Thomas is survived by his wife, Pamela (Booton) Oakley; his children, Benjamin Oakley, Joshua (Ashley) Pike, and Suzanne (Tison) Lynch; along with his grandchildren, Elijah, Ellie, Aubree, and Michael. He is also survived by his siblings, Dorothy Bush,Colleen "Corky" McMahan, Sandy Dulaney, James "Jim" (Robin) Oakley, Carl "Steve" (Kerry) Oakley, Susan (Don) Fisher, and Danny (Rhonda) Oakley, as well as many nieces, nephews and friends.

Thomas was a member of Dayton Living Word Church, and worked for Dayton Clutch and Joint for more than 38 years. He was an avid OSU fan, and was very mechanically inclined known as "Jack of all trades and Master of most".

Visitation will be held on Tuesday, January 25, 2022 from 4:00 pm until time of service at 6:30 pm at Newcomer Kettering Chapel, 3940 Kettering Blvd.

In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to DLWC Dream Center or to the Diabetes Association in his memory.
