Christina Marie Mendiola, age 45 of Miamisburg, received her wings on Sunday, October 10, 2021. She was born on April 10, 1976 in San Diego, California the daughter of David and Roxanne Brightwell.

She is preceded in death by her grandmother, Mary Brightwell; grandfather, Richard Brightwell Sr.; and her aunt; Palmita Brightwell.

Christina is survived by her mother, Roxanne Brightwell; three children, Tayeveion Galloway, Andrew Galloway, and Silas Earnhardt; brother, Richard Brightwell; sister, Maricela Mendiola; special cousins, Irene Brightwell and Rachel O’Bryant. She is also survived by one niece, three nephews, and many other cousins, aunts, uncles, family and friends.

Christina was passionate about her career as a health care professional. She was known for her kind spirit and generosity. In her spare time, she loved to do her make up and get dressed up. She thought she was a comedian and she thought she knew how to sing. She also enjoyed gardening and decorating for holidays. The most important thing to Christina was her children and her family. She is well loved and will be deeply missed by all those who knew her.
