Beth was a busy lady, she loved canning, sewing for her grandkids. She was involved with the Campfire Girls-leading her daughter with her fellow troops. Later she helped with the Girl Scouts leading and teaching sewing, ceramics and home economics to the Daisy’s and Brownies to earn their badges. Beth was also an Officer with the Salvation Army where she taught art classes, was part of the choir, involved with meal distribution, was a bell ringer and organized family fun nights and lock-in events.
She was also involved in the “Red Hat Ladies Society” at the Laurels Nursing Home, Huber Heights. Beth had a love for animals and enjoyed bowling.
She was preceded in death by her husband, James E. Caudill; sister, Helen M. Rohly Johnson; brothers, Michael and Charles Rohly; and grandson, Shawn Dunlavy.
Beth is survived by her son, Timothy J. (Melody) Malone Sr.; daughter, Michelle R. (Dan) Yantis; grandchildren, Robyn (Mike) Childress, Annette (Dan) Hawkey, Sarah D. Snyder and Timothy J. Malone II; great-grandchildren, Colin, Marissa Evyn, Krysten and Aydan Childress, Elliott, Jeremiah and Marie Jackson, Tim Malone Jr., Christian and Ethan Snyder; sister, Roberta (Gary) Barnhart; and many other relatives and friends.
The family would like to thank the staff at Vitas Hospice for their loving care.
The family will receive friends on Saturday, September 18, 2021 from 1-2pm at the Newcomer Kettering Chapel, 3940 Kettering Blvd, Kettering, OH 45439.
The service will follow at 2pm.
