Cecilia Ruth Costello, age 73 of Xenia, passed away Friday, September 10, 2021 at home peacefully surrounded by family. She was born December 2, 1947 in Lafollette, Tennessee the daughter of Carl and Jeanette Hutson.

Cecilia was a devoted mother, grandmother and great grandmother. She enjoyed making blankets and watching westerns, as well as British shows. She enjoyed the calmness of storms. Cecilia will be remembered for her bright smile and having a cheerful, giving spirit.

She is preceded in death by her parents; brother, Donald Hutson; aunt, Pauline Russell; cousin, Jayme Francis and best friend, Becky Shepherd.

Cecilia is survived by her children, Shainia Bellman & Rob Osborn; grandchildren, Erik Osborn, Mehgan Bellman & Ethan Bellman; great grandchildren, Joshua Daye II, Lorraine Pistol Owens & Jesse Boogie Fugate II; brother, Harold (Dianna) Hutson; cousin, Kyle (Karen) Hutson; sister-in-law, Linda Hutson; Mark, Melissa & Justin Francis; extended family, Darlene Rash, Priscillia Ashleigh, Norma Cook & Allen Stretch Morgan and many nieces, nephews & cousins.

Visitation will be September 18, 2021 from 2:00 pm to 4:00 pm with a Celebration of Life at 4:00 pm at Newcomer - Beavercreek Chapel (3380 Dayton-Xenia Rd., Beavercreek, Ohio 45432).
