Shelby "David" Saylor, age 70 of Springfield, Ohio passed away on July 19, 2021. He was born October 8, 1950 in Middletown, Ohio.
David was a beloved father, grandfather, great grandfather, brother, uncle, and friend. He was a United States Air Force Veteran. David enjoyed riding bicycles, and reading. He was an animal lover. David enjoyed making others laugh, and happy. He would do anything for anyone in need. David will be greatly missed by all who knew him.
David was preceded in death by his parents.
David is survived by his children, Jeannette Ervin, Mary (Steve) Mabry, Jimmy Ervin, Tina (Carl) Dennin, and Davy Saylor; several grandchildren and great grandchildren; brother, Jim; sister, Evy; as well as numerous other family members and friends.
Graveside service will be held on Wednesday, July 28, 2021 at 2:30pm at Dayton National Cemetery.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions can be made in his honor towards his funeral expenses.
