Mary Jo Fielder, age 87, of Riverside, passed away April 29, 2021. She was born August 26, 1933 in New Martinsville, West Virginia to the late Burl and Olive Potts. In addition to her parents, Mary Jo was preceded in death by her first husband, Joseph Pachmayer; second husband, Delbert Fielder; daughters: Deborah Sue Vermillion-Scott, Pam Watson and Mary Ann “Sam” Sites; brothers and sisters: Sarah Wallace, Jacob Potts, Melba Geyer, Betty Longwell, Kay Meyer and Burl "Pickle" Potts Jr.

Mary Jo is survived by her children: Sherrie Brackney, Ralph Pachmayer, Sandi Mercer (Joe) and Patti Guntle (John); son-in-law: Gary Sites; 32 grandchildren; 69 great-grandchildren; 22 great-great-grandchildren; numerous nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.

Mary Jo was an active member of Independent Gospel Fellowship. She was employed by Manpower for over 15 years and could impressively type over 90 words per minute. After retirement she loved spending the cold winter months at her second home in Ft. Meyers, Florida with Delbert and her snowbird friends. She devoted much of her time and energy to her church, family and friends. Her other interests included reading the Bible, singing gospel music as she played her guitar, gardening, sewing, fishing and watching her favorite show Wheel of Fortune, which she proudly auditioned for in 2001.

Visitation will be held from 10:00 am - 12:00 pm on Saturday, May 8, 2021 at Northridge Free Will Baptist Church, 4800 Payne Avenue, where the funeral service will begin at 12:00 pm. Pastors Steve Nichols and Kevin Seely co-officiating. Burial to follow at Miami Valley Memory Gardens, Centerville. Arrangements by Newcomer North Chapel, 4104 Needmore Road.
