Teresa A. Minehart, age 64 of Fairborn, Ohio passed away peacefully on January 12, 2021. She was born April 7, 1956 in Verdun, France at the US Army Hospital daughter of the late Earnest and Lorraine Luckman.

Teresa was a devoted wife, loving mother, grandmother, sister, aunt, and friend. She was a proud veteran of The United States Army. She was blessed with many friends at PNC Mortgage. She loved gardening and spending time with her grandchildren. Teresa will be greatly missed by all who knew her.

In addition to her parents, Teresa was preceded in death by her former husband, Steve Crites; son, Justin Crites; and sister, Toni Luckman.

Teresa is survived by her husband, Ken Minehart; sons, Carl (Jessica) Crites and Sean (Nicole) Crites; step-daughters, Angie (J.J.) Turner and Amanda (Adrian) Grant; grandchildren, Morgan, Taryn, Mason, Jordyn, Jasmine, Steven, Amaya, and Addyson; siblings, Tina (Steve) Blazer, Tammy (Darryl) Clark, Tracy (Maurice) Landry, Earnest II (Maevonne) Luckman, and Tawnya (Jack) Doren; as well as numerous other family members and friends.

The family will receive friends on Saturday, January 16, 2021 from 10:00 am to 11:00 am at Newcomer Funeral Home (3380 Dayton-Xenia Road, Beavercreek, Ohio 45432). Funeral Service to follow at 11:00 am with Superintendent George Carter Sr. officiating. Burial to follow at Fairfield Cemetery.

The State of Ohio is under a mandatory mask order and has required that face masks be worn in all public places.

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions can be made in her honor towards funeral expenses and or Hospice of Dayton.
