Lowell Emerald "Mike" Pfoutz Jr.
1937 - 2020

Lowell Emerald Pfoutz Jr., "Mike," age 83 of Huber Heights, passed away Wednesday, November 18, 2020 at Trinity Community of Beavercreek. He was born September 22, 1937 in Greenville, Ohio the son of the late Lowell Pfoutz Sr. and Catherine Pfoutz.

Along with his parents, he is preceded in death by his brother, George Pfoutz; and sister, Barbara McKenzie.

Mike is survived by his wife of nearly 29 years, Diane; sister, Marty (George) Pate; children, Theresa (Tom) Molina, Laurie (Jim) Wroda, Michael (Delana) Pfoutz, Jennifer Pfoutz (Michael), James "Butch" Philhower, Jeffrey Philhower, Teresa Mustovich; as well as numerous grandchildren and great grandchildren.

Mike served his country in both the United States Navy and the Army National Guard for a total of 25 years. He also retired as a truck driver from Carolina Freight Lines after 33 years of service and was a member of Teamsters Local 957.

Family will receive friends Wednesday, April 28, 2021 from 12 p.m. until the time of the memorial service at 1 p.m. at Newcomer North Chapel, 4104 Needmore Rd., Dayton. Private burial at Dayton National Cemetery to follow. The state of Ohio is under a mandatory mask order and has required that face masks be worn in all public places.
