Jo Ann is survived by her beloved children, Mike (Jerree) Shaw, Mark (Andrea) Shaw, Sherri (Timothy) Manning; grandchildren, Lauren (Timothy) Habedank, Jeffrey (Alisha) Johnson, Cassidy (Jacob) Knoop, Zachary (Michelle) Van Oss, Ashley (Tony) Dillard, Kyle (Meghan) Shaw, Katie (Shaun) Allison; great-grandchildren, Kylie, Tanner, Cole, Landon, Logan, Carter, Taylor, Levi, Coleson, Gavin, Aubrey and soon to introduce to the world two more great-grandsons; sister, June (Joe) Cochran; and a host of other family members and friends.
Jo Ann retired from Miami Valley Hospital after working for 15 years and worked at Elder Beerman in Kettering for 10 years. Jo Ann's pride and joy was her family and especially her grand and great grandbabies. She enjoyed camping, boating, playing bingo, bowling, reading, and playing cards.
In loving memory of Jo Ann, contributions may be made to Breast Cancer Susan G. Komen, 929 Eastwind Dr., #211 Westerville, OH 43081 and Hospice of Dayton.
Visitation will be held on Wednesday, July 1, 2020 from 1:00 pm - 3:00 pm at Newcomer Cremations, Funerals & Receptions - Beavercreek Chapel, 3380 Dayton-Xenia Rd., Beavercreek, Ohio 45432 followed by Celebration of Life at 3:00 pm.
