In Memory Of
Phyllis Jean Marshall
1933 - 2020
Phyllis was a long time member of Aley United Methodist Church and a very devout Christian. She was a fierce advocate of and devoted her life to the Humane Society of Greene County for over three decades. Her compassion and love for animals was unmatched.
Phyllis loved being a Mom and even more so a Grandma. She gave without question or any expectations. Phyllis loved her family unconditionally and poured her heart and soul into each one of them; she was their rock and sanctuary. In the words of her granddaughter, "You give me courage and hope and most of all you make me feel loved."
Phyllis is survived by her children, Randall Marshall, Steven Marshall & Teresa Cloud; grandchildren, Christina (Peach) McKelvey, Danielle Crosley, Weston Marshall, Stephanie Cloud & Natalee Cloud; one great granddaughter on the way; sister, Betty Davidson; special nieces, Sandy Shaw & Donna Christiansen; and many other loving family members and friends.
She is preceded in death by her husband Philip Marshall; her parents; brother, Don Shaver; and nephews, Mac Davidson & Mark Shaver.
Memorial Contributions can be made to the Humane Society of the United States at www.humanesociety.org
