Sam loved music, building models and was an avid Cleveland Browns fan until the end.
Sam is survived by his son, Samuel Ross Newman; daughters, May Newman and Elizabeth A. Newman; brother, Damon W. (Sharon) Newman; sisters, Kathy J. Zimmerman and Lori L. (David) Jones; friend, Julie M. Schirmer; step-daughter, Jeri M. (Chad) St. Clair; 3 grandchildren; nieces, nephews and other relatives and friends.
A Gathering will be held on Monday, February 17, 2020 from 6:00 pm to 8:00 pm at Newcomer Cremations, Funerals & Receptions - Beavercreek Chapel 3380 Dayton-Xenia Rd., Beavercreek, Ohio 45432.
