Retired from GZK Corporation. A devoted wife, mother and grandmother who loved cooking, gardening, quilting and front porch sitting.
Preceded in death by parents Richard and Rhoda Stumbo; brothers John & Malvary Stumbo, Hatfield & Betty Stumbo, and sister Triss Bartum.
Survived by loving husband Effery Howell, sons Kerry and Craig Howell, grandson Michael Davis, brothers German Stumbo, Herl & Linda Stumbo; numerous nieces and nephews and many other family and friends.
A Celebration of Life service will be held Saturday, December 15, 2018 at 12:00 pm at Newcomer Funeral Home, North Chapel. Burial will follow at Valley View Memory Gardens.
Visitation 10 am - 12:00 pm on Saturday at the funeral home.
