Preceded in death by his father, James Stacy. Grandfathers, Gilbert Stacy, Bernard Smith and Keith Kessell and grandmother, Nellie Smith. Brother, Michael Maggard and niece Abigail Barrett.
Survived by the love of his life, Brandy Hartmier and fur baby, Princess. Mother, Patty Stacy, grandmother, Margie Kessell. Brothers, Shawn Maggard and Danny (Shannon) Murray. Sisters, Candy Maggard, Amanda (Fred) Kenney, and Margie Parker.
Jimmy Ty was a remarkable uncle and by far the "favorite uncle" to all of his nieces and nephews. He was especially adored by and a second father to Joshua, Kody and Mason and they will forever remember the love, laughs, life lessons and incredible breakfasts he cooked them on their many overnighters over the years. WWE nights will never be the same without him.
Everyone who knew Jimmy Ty knew he had a big heart, a love for WWE, games and his family. He will forever be remembered for his generosity, flavorful cooking skills and dedication to his family, friends and wife.
Family will receive friends Friday, October 12, 2018 from 12 p.m. until the time of the funeral service at 1 p.m. at Newcomer North Chapel, 4104 Needmore Rd., Dayton, Ohio, Pastor Donnie Smith, officiating. Burial will be at Royal Oaks Cemetery, Brookville, Ohio immediately following.
