He was preceded in death by his father, Hargus Rawlins; grandparents, Arlene & Willie Johnson; and special cousins, Michele McKinney and Haney Rodehaver.
Shane is survived by his loving wife of 22 years, Jennifer Rawlins; mother, Pat Rawlins; children, James Kuntz, Tabitha (Brandyon) McMillian, Sabrina Rawlins and Patience Rawlins; grandchildren, Skylar and Ryann McMillian; grandpets, Rex, Piper, Boomer, Chester, Reese and Brody; and many other cousins, relatives, and friends.
Shane loved playing and listening to music and the outdoors- hunting for deer and mushrooms, fishing, and hiking. He was an avid Oakland Raiders fan and enjoyed shooting pool. Shane had a giving soul, a heart of gold, and never met anyone that didn’t become a friend. He will continue to be loved & missed by many.
The family will receive friends on Thursday, February 22, 2018 from 9-11am at Newcomer South Kettering Chapel, 3940 Kettering Blvd. The service will follow at 11am. Shane will be laid to rest at Miami Valley Memory Gardens. Immediately after the graveside service, a gathering will be held at Freedom Worship Center, 90 Deardoff Rd, Franklin, OH 45005.
