She was born on August 22, 1939 in Hendersonville, TN to the late Walter & Mattie Hill.
Linda worked at McCall’s/Dayton Press, then Liberty Nursing Home, and most recently Blackstone Home Health Care.
She is survived by her daughter, Anita S. Leonard-Shingle and her husband, Louie ; daughter, Hope Wilkes and her husband Roger; son, Robert Hoskins and his wife Sharon; grandchildren, Amy Armstrong, Danita Wright, Jessica Hoskins, Mandi Hoskins-Smith, Carolyn Hoskins-Lakes, Joshua Wilkes and Mike Leonard; 12 great-grandchildren; 1 great-great-grandchild; and close family friends, Charlene and Sarah.
The family will receive friends on Monday, August 25, 2014 from 1-2pm at Newcomer Funeral Home Beavercreek Chapel (3380 Dayton-Xenia Rd, Beavercreek, OH 45432). The memorial service will follow at 2pm.
Donations may be made in Linda’s memory to the Hospice of Dayton.
