Joni LaRae Claveria, age 65, of Kettering, passed away January 9, 2022.

She was born May 26, 1956 in Eureka, CA to Raymond Mason and Phyllis (Schuler). Joni was the oldest of her brothers and sister, and was raised in Chiloquin, OR. Joni was a graduate of Chiloquin High School, Class of 1974. She married David Claveria November 17, 1979 whom preceded her in death in 2019 after 39 years of marriage. They raised their two children, David and Miranda, in Aloha, OR before moving to Dayton in 2009.

Joni was an avid reader, loved gardening, and crafting with her grandchildren. Joni loved living the motorcycle life with her husband, Dave. She loved spending time with her 3 Boxers, Lulu, Hobo, and Bandit.

She leaves behind her son, David “DJ” (Stacey) Claveria; her daughter, Miranda “Mandi” (fiance’ Nicholas Kohrs) Claveria; her grandchildren, Ciaren, Brooke, and Lilian Claveria, Jayden Young, Dyllan, Leighla and Sophia Ramirez, along with many other loved ones and friends.
In addition to her husband Dave, she was preceded in death by her brother Bill Rohrbacher, step-father William “Bill” Rohrbacher, her mother Phyllis (Schuler), and her father Raymond Mason.
