In addition to his parents, he is preceded in death by his infant granddaughter, Abby Parker.
Chuck is survived by his wife of 26 years, Gail; children, Lora (Andrew) Brake, Rene (Pat) Bolling, Emily (Jim) Folk, Travis (Melany) Parker, Brian (Rachel) Parker; grandchildren, Hannie (Mike), Abbie (Brandon), Rick (Emma), Alex, Josiah, Zach, Muriel, Corinne, Brooklyn, Brayden, Haley, Bradley, Aubree, Lucas; great grandchildren, Matthias, Alia, Calvin, Corrin, Anika, Loralie, and twin great grandbabies on the way; brothers, John (Deb) Lee, Wesley (Dee) Lee; as well as numerous nieces, nephews, and friends.
Chuck is a veteran of the United States Air Force having served in the Vietnam War as an aircraft mechanic stationed in Thailand. He enjoyed music and playing the guitar, competitive marksmanship, artistry, sailing, falconry, motorcycles, and The Ohio State Buckeyes. Chuck was also a member of the Christian Motorcycle Association. Chuck leaves behind a legacy of the importance of loving family and he will be dearly missed.
Visitation will be held on Sunday, December 12, 2021 from 1:00 pm to 2:00 pm at Newcomer Kettering Chapel (3940 Kettering Blvd., Kettering, Ohio 45439). A Celebration of Life will begin at 2:00 pm.
