Marilyn B. Biggs, age 67, was born January 7, 1954 in Cleveland, Ohio. She transitioned to her new home on Wednesday, January 20, 2021. She was the proud daughter of the late George and Laura P. Blair. She was raised in Dayton, Ohio and was a 1972 graduate of Dunbar High School.

Marilyn was employed by Sears, Elder-Beerman, and later worked for the Post Office for 15 years. Marilyn was a loving and devoted mother and grandmother who loved the Lord and cared deeply for others. She was a faithful member of St. Paul A.M.E. Zion Church for many years. Marilyn enjoyed shopping, cooking, attending gospel plays, and spending time with her grandchildren.

She is preceded death by her uncle, Eddie Rookard, her aunt, Margaret Rookard, and her cousin, Annette Evans, and Junior Miller.

Marilyn leaves to cherish memories and to celebrate her life; her former spouse, Jack B. Biggs, Sr.; loving sons, Jack B. Biggs, Jr., and Jason (Brittany) Biggs, Sr.; grandchildren, Jason Biggs, Jr, Shamari, Jaylin, Jaden and Journey Biggs; sister, Sheila (Opal) Jackson, and a host of nieces and nephews; extended family and friends, including her N.A. family.

Family will receive friends from 9:30-10:30 AM, Friday, February 12, 2021 at St. Paul A.M.E. Zion Church, 4544 Laurel Dr, Dayton, OH 45417, where her funeral service will follow at 10:30 AM. Burial to take place at West Memory Gardens following the service.
