Donald Alvin Kirby, Jr., age 51 of Dayton, Ohio, passed away Monday, December 7, 2020 at Clinton Memorial Hospital, Wilmington, Ohio. He was born May 23, 1969 in Dayton.

Donnie was a loving son, brother, uncle and great uncle. He was the fun uncle that always went along to Kings Island and Disney World. He loved his nieces and was very excited about his new great-niece and great-nephew. He was an avid NASCAR fan as well as WWE Wrestling and has attended six Wrestle Mania events throughout the U.S. (the farthest was to Texas and Florida). He enjoyed playing bingo with his late mother and sister, Robin. Donnie had a generous soul and would give the shirt off his back if he had it. He will be dearly missed by his loving family.

He is preceded in death by his mother, Sandra Foster; father, Donald Alvin Kirby, Sr.; grandparents, Nora Lee Stumpff and Clifford Stumpff, Sr.; uncle, Marty Stumpff and aunt, Becky Stumpff.

Donnie will be missed by his loving sister, Robin Simpson (Joey Powell); two nieces, Marie Skapik (Mason Cole) and Megan Skapik (Mason Grimes); great-niece, Riley Kay Grimes; great-nephew, Deaton Paul Cole; aunts and uncles, Sadie (Gary) Helton and Linda Young, James (Linda) Stumpff, Kenneth "Mike" (Cathy) Stumpff, Clifford Stumpff, and Robert Stumpff; and many cousins.

Family will receive friends Wednesday, December 16, 2020 from 5-7 p.m. at Newcomer North Chapel, 4104 Needmore Rd., Dayton. The funeral services will be private for the family. The state of Ohio is under a mandatory mask order and has required that face masks be worn in all public places.
