Aurelia T. "Relly" Kavtschitsch
1929 - 2019

Kavtschitsch, Aurelia (Relly) passed away on November 1, 2019. She was born on September 29, 1929 in Altotting, Germany. She grew up and lived through a very eventful period of history.

On April 15, 1952 she married Dr. Joseph Kavtschitsch and on November 11, 1957 she arrived in the USA with her 3 small children where her husband awaited them. After some years getting Americanized, she earned her citizenship. Relly, as she was called by her husband and good friends, she devoted her life to her husband and family. She liked cooking, gardening, sewing, hiking, swimming and traveling with her husband and family.

Aurelia was preceded in death by granddaughter, Angela; son, Josef Michael and her husband of 61 years, Dr. Joseph Kavtschitsch.

She is survived by her son, Albrecht and Gwendolyn; daughter, Ursula and Michael; granddaughter, Holly and Alex; great-grandson, Felix; granddaughter, Jennifer and Steven and relatives in Germany.

Aurelia was a long-time member of St. Helens Parish and later of Our Lady of Good Hope in Miamisburg, where she also volunteered.

In lieu of flowers, a contribution to St. Vincent DePaul Society or Masses at church would be appreciated.

A big Thank You to the nurses at DaVita Miamisburg Dialysis for their devoted care and professionalism.
