Helen Adele Bailey, age 75 of Tipp City, passed away Friday, October 18, 2019. She was born May 12, 1944 in Los Angeles, California, the daughter of the late Theobert and Naomi Bothwell.
Along with her parents, she is preceded in death by her brother, Joseph Bothwell.
Helen is survived by her sons, Kevin (Shelly) Bailey, Michael (Beth) Bailey; grandchildren, Erin, Darren, Sophia, Carson; as well as numerous other relatives and friends.
