Hernandez, Anita age 80, of Beavercreek, Ohio passed away on Sunday, September 15, 2019. She was born in San Juan, Batangas on February 15, 1939 to the late Doroteo and Corazon Adapon (nee Perez), whom passed away when Anita was young. She was raised by her grandmother, Efipania Castillo Adapon.

She was preceded in death by her brother, Agosto Adapon; and sister, Gloria Adapon.

Anita is survived by her beloved husband of 53 years, Apolonio Hernandez; children, Aida (Noli) Antija, Rowena Lopez, Apolonio (Jean) Hernandez, Jr., and Ruel (Ana) Hernandez; siblings, Eliseo Adapon, Bonifacio Adapon, and Danilo Adapon; grandchildren, Anabelle Nina (Chad Bakkelund) Lopez, Antonette Nicca (Bill) Coronel, Ruel Christian Hernandez, Dominick Antija, Maliyah Antija, Kristine Hernandez, Justin Lopez, Kristine Hernandez, Floyd Hernandez, and Tristan Hernandez; great-grandchildren, Adwille, Ava, Ivy and Bella; and a host of other family members and friends.

Visitation will be Saturday, September 21, 2019 from 2:00 pm - 4:00 pm at Newcomer Cremations, Funerals & Receptions - Beavercreek Chapel, 3380 Dayton-Xenia Rd., Beavercreek, Ohio 45432 followed by Funeral Ceremony at 4:00 pm.
