David Anthony “Dave” Claveria, 70, of Kettering, Ohio, passed away peacefully on May 15, 2019 at home.
He was born on October 12, 1948 to Michael and Florence (Wilson) Claveria in Santa Monica, California.

Dave was a proud US Army Veteran who served in Vietnam, receiving numerous medals for his service.

He retired from the city of Beaverton, Oregon.

On November 17, 1979, Dave married Joni Claveria (Rohrbacher). He and Joni had 2 children that they raised in Aloha, Oregon. He also had 2 children from his previous marriage.

Dave is survived by his loving wife of 39 years, Joni Claveria; 4 children, Gary Claveria, and April (Claveria) Beretta, David Claveria, and Miranda Claveria; 10 grandchildren; siblings, Linda Ford and Tim Claveria; and other loving family and friends.

He was preceded in death by his parents, Michael and Florence Claveria; and sister, Bobbie Stevens.

Committal services will take place at 1:00 pm, on July 15, 2019 at Dayton National Cemetery, 4400 West Third Street
Dayton, OH 45428.
