She was born on April 1, 1944 in Milton, MA.
Virginia was the first person in her family to graduate with a Bachelor’s Degree. She held many positions at WPAFB.
In 1961, she met the love of her life, William H. Bartlett. They were wed on July 20, 1963 and had 4 children.
Virginia had the rare honor of being a 20-20-20 military spouse. She was a member of Audubon Society of Ohio.
Virginia is survived by her loving Husband of 55 years, William; children, Pat, Tim (Cori), Susan (Wells), and Chris (Yungui); nine beloved grandchildren; siblings, Roger (Wanda) and Cheryl; her beloved dog, Prince; and other family and friends.
She was preceded in death by her parents, Ansel and Virginia; and sister, Donna.
Visitation will be held on Thursday, May 2, 2019 from 5 to 7 pm at Newcomer Beavercreek Chapel.
Funeral Mass will be held on Friday, May 3, 2019, 10 am at the Immaculate Conception Catholic Church in Dayton.
Interment immediately after at Mt. Zion Park Cemetery.
Memorials are suggested to Doctors Without Borders USA (P.O. Box 5030 Hagerstown, MD 21741-5030).
