Billy "Bill" Joe McKinney age 72, of Piqua, passed away February 19, 2019. Billy was born in Piqua, Ohio on June 26, 1946. He was the son of Jesse and Pearl (Wissinger) McKinney.
Bill was an athlete during his high school years at Piqua High School. He was hard working and loved his wife and children more than anything. This world lost a great and funny man that will be dearly missed by his family and friends. However, Bill has been finally reunited in heaven with the love of his life, his wife, Sandra.
He is survived by his sons, Tony (Renee) McKinney and Michael "Mike" (Tallie) McKinney; daughter, Tonya Winhoven; and 7 wonderful grandchildren.
A visitation will be held from 6:00 pm to 8:00pm on Saturday, February 23, 2019 at Newcomer Cremations, Funerals & Receptions, 3940 South Kettering Blvd, Kettering, OH 45439.
