Randel Delmar Robinson, age 54 of West Carrollton, passed away Friday, February 15, 2019 at his home. He was born March 2, 1964 in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma the son of Raymond Robinson and Marian (Garrett) Jones.

Randy was preceded in death by his father, Raymond.

In addition to his mother, Marian, Randy is survived by his son, Christopher Allen Robinson; half brothers, Frank H. (Christy) Barnett Jr. and Anthony Jones as well as other extended family members and friends.

Randy was a 1979 graduate of St. Joseph vocational in St. Louis, MO. He had worked in food preparation for a time on some Missouri River cruises and more recently for food and refreshment delivery services in the Dayton area. Randy was actively involved in his church, South Dayton Baptist Church as well as a few local disability organizations. Randy helped care for a family pet, enjoyed needle point work and other crafts. He also participated in golf, Bingo and bowling in his youth. Randy will always be remembered for his huge heart and infectious laugh.

Family will receive guests from 9:30 -10:30 Saturday, February 23, 2019 at Newcomer Funeral Home at 3490 Kettering Blvd., Kettering, OH 45439. Funeral service will immediately follow at 10:30 and be officiated by Pastor Peter Courlas.
