Clarence "Mac" McGaha, age 77 of Beavercreek passed away Friday, December 7, 2018 at Patriot Ridge Community.

He was born August 9, 1941 in Toledo, Ohio to the late Garfield and Sylvia (Woodard) McGaha.

He is preceded in death by his parents; brother James and sister Janice.

Mac proudly served our country for 22 years in U.S. Air Force retiring in 1981 as a Master Sergeant. He also served 15 years in Civil Service at WPAFB.

He was a fun-loving and caring husband, father, grandfather and friend. His smile could light up a room!

Mac is survived by his wife of nearly 52 years, Dorothy (Mulkerin) McGaha, two daughters, Yvonne Marie Nelson and Kathleen Renee (Teresa) McGaha; two sons, Patrick Michael (Katie) McGaha and Brian Keith (Cheryl) McGaha; grandchildren Ashley, Meg, Maureen, Jordan, Trent, Kayla, Adrienne, Caroline and Rowan; 3 great granddaughters; sister Janet Green; as well as numerous other family and friends.

Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at Ascension Catholic Church in Kettering, Ohio on Wednesday, December 12, 2018 at 10:30 am.

Visitation will be December 11, 2018 from 5:00 pm to 7:00 pm at Newcomer Cremations, Funerals & Receptions - Beavercreek Chapel (3380 Dayton-Xenia Rd., Beavercreek, Ohio 45432).

Burial with full military honors will follow at Heritage Hills Memorial Gardens in Springboro, Ohio.

Donations may be made in Mac's name to the Alzheimer's Association. Flowers may be sent to the funeral home (Newcomer in Beavercreek).
