Carolyn Lee Keel, age 73 of Lewisburg, passed away Saturday, October 13, 2018 at New Lebanon Care Center. She was born October 2, 1945 in Middlesboro, Kentucky to the late David and Easter (Webb) Cooper.

In addition to her parents, Carolyn was preceded in death by her siblings, Kenneth Cooper, Jim Cooper and Sandy Stover; son-in-law, Ronnie Sullivan.

Carolyn is survived by her children, Amber Heck and Shane Heck; grandchildren, Megan, Morgan, Jacob, Jordan, Taylor, Angel, Sydney, Ciara, Alexis, Adam, Harmony; great grandchildren, Kaya, Zayden, Braden, Seth, Skyler and Ronnie.

Carolyn attended Trotwood Schools and married young. She was dedicated to her family as a homemaker for many years before beginning her career in the automotive industry. Carolyn was a mold-injector for Green Tokia in Brookville, OH retiring after 27 years. Carolyn also worked at Stanhope of Brookville in her younger years to support her growing family. She enjoyed vegetable gardening, fishing, collecting Asian works of art, the simple life and an “occasional” run at the lottery. Carolyn will always be remembered as quiet, family oriented and caring.

Family will host a memorial in her honor for the Lewisburg area at a later date. Memorial contributions may be made to Pink Ribbon Girls at 15 South Second Street
